Privacy Policy

Account information: when you sign up — directly or through Google or Facebook — we receive your name and email address via our authentication provider, Clerk.

Profile information: the athletic, academic, and personal details you add to your profile, such as sport, results, GPA, graduation year, nationality, and video links.

Documents you upload: files such as transcripts, test scores, identification, and photos. These are stored as private files accessible only to you and our staff — except a profile photo you choose to display on your shareable resume.

Usage data: basic technical and log data used to operate and secure the service.

To operate the recruiting service and build your athlete profile.

To match you with college programs and share your profile with coaches as part of the recruiting process.

To communicate with you about your account and recruiting opportunities.

To maintain the security of the service and comply with legal obligations.

With college coaches and programs: sharing your athlete profile and relevant documents with coaches is the core purpose of the service.

With service providers that operate our platform: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting and file storage). Google and Facebook process your sign-in if you use social login.

For legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We delete it on request (see below) or when it is no longer needed.

You can view and update your profile at any time, and delete individual documents from your dashboard.

To delete your account and all associated data — your profile and uploaded documents — email privacy@probecas.com from your account email address with the subject line: Delete my account. We will remove your account, profile, and documents from our systems.

Sensitive documents are stored as private files and served only through authenticated, access-controlled links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We operate from and process data in the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information there.

The service is intended for prospective student-athletes. If you are under the age of majority in your country, use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
